After four years as founding Chair of the Kerslake Robshaw Foundation, Chris Robshaw will be stepping aside from the Chair role as the Foundation begins the search for his successor.
Chris co-founded the Foundation with Camilla Kerslake in 2022, driven by their shared belief in the power of music and sport to transform young lives. Since then, the Foundation has awarded more than £300,000 in grants, supported more than 3,000 young people across the UK and built partnerships with grassroots organisations using music and sport to build confidence, improve wellbeing and create opportunity.
Chris will remain a Trustee and co-founder of the Foundation, continuing to play an active role as an ambassador, fundraiser and champion of its work.
Chris said:
“I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built over the last four years and of the organisations and young people we’ve been able to support. The Foundation has come a long way since Camilla and I first started it, and this feels like the right time to bring in a new Chair who can help lead the Board through the next stage of that journey.
“I’m not going anywhere. I’ll remain a Trustee and will continue to be very involved as a founder, particularly in fundraising, building relationships and championing the brilliant work our partners are doing across the country.”
We are now recruiting a new Chair alongside Governance and Fundraising Trustees as we continue to strengthen our Board and deliver our three-year strategy.
We are looking for people who share our ambition for the Foundation and want to play a meaningful role in helping shape its next chapter.
